XR-Gear Limited Warranty

XR-Gear warrants the plastic base and board components of your product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. During this period, XR-Gear will repair or replace (at its discretion) any defective component that fails under normal use conditions.

What’s Covered

• Cracks, breaks, or warping of the plastic base or board due to material or manufacturing defects.
• Hardware attachment points that fail under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or discoloration.
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, modification, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
• Damage caused by improper installation.
• Parts not manufactured by XR-Gear.

Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, XR-Gear will provide a replacement part or equivalent product at no charge. Replacement parts may differ slightly in appearance due to design updates or material improvements.

Limitation of Liability

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. XR-Gear’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the covered component. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
